qualify for our 30 day return policy. We gladly offer a full refund of your purchase price when
you return your item in new, unused condition. Pillows will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility; however, we are often able to help

Unless your rug arrives with visible damage to the rug, please do not ''refuse'' it. All refused
shipments will be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee that will be deducted
from your refund. Any items refused due to damage will be promptly replaced at no charge to you.
