The Anji Mountain Bamboo Shag rug is the last thing you'd expect from a bamboo rug. It is very soft! It's actually softer and silkier than traditional shag rugs made from wool or synthetic fibers. The uniquely luxuriant look and feel of this rug is due to a custom specified bamboo yarn blend with an exceptionally high quotient of bamboo fiber- 80 percent bamboo and 20 percent cotton. And good news for allergy sufferers, bamboo yarn is naturally hypo-allergenic and has minimal shedding. Furthermore, we use only non-toxic Azo-free dyes to produce these brilliant colors. Vacuuming with a beater bar not recommended. 2550 grams per square foot.

I purchased this rug for our great room after searching high and low. I was hesitant about ordering online, without seeing and feeling it first; however, I am overly impressed and don't regret this buy one bit. This rug couldn't be anymore perfect. Shedding is minimal, if any, it is soft, and amazing looking. I don't think I could have found anything better.

Great rung for our tiled bathroom floor. We got the 4'x 6' and with a pad, it couldn't be softer for bare feel. As with any shag rug, keeping clean is often more difficult, but with a bathroom environment, that was less of an issue with us to worry. The rug care tag does say that is should be dry-cleaned only. We plan to get more of these rugs for other bathrooms.
