Thought we were off to a bad start when a 3 x 5 rug arrived. But, RugStudio responded immediately and within a week the wrong rug was picked up by UPS (no action my part) and the correct 5 x 7 rug arrived.
Quality rug for a high traffic area in a small living area. The color was right on with the photo. Couldn't be more pleased. Would definitely purchase again and again.
