I ordered two custom length runners with endcapping and fringe. It was a complicated order but the customer service were proactive and got everything right. Service was excellent.
I am delighted with the product. The carpets are in a very prominent spot and they looks great with the encapping and fringe, the colors are rich and vibrant (and the same as the website) and the carpet quality is excellent. Prices were competitive and the wait-time was not too bad (custom finish took a little longer). Overall, am very, very happy with the experience and the product.
