We were hesitant to buy a rug on-line but we liked the website and the colors turned out to be exactly as shown on the site. It really is Dusty Rose. and the design works perfectly. We have had some pilling issues which have been resolved. We love the rug.

Service & Delivery comments:

We scoured the web looking at all the big rug websites and some boutique sites as well. Rug Studio had the most choices and best imagery. Fast shipment. We had the pilling issues which are common in new wool rugs but it seemed more than normal. The Rug Studio extended the warranty for 60 days, for this closeout rug. Very good customer service, and sure enough it got better in that time. The next rug we buy will be from Rug Studio.
