Comments about Due Process Empress Leaves Taupe Area Rug:
Beautiful rug, however, not sure if it's first quality. Rug arrived w/tag removed from it. Not sure why and customer service could not give satisfactory reply. Wouldn't mind so much but this was a [$] rug!Company didn't like the idea of them paying the shipping to send it back but offered to send me the tag. It's been several weeks -- still no tag.
