The detailing of this rug cannot be seen online. When I rolled it out onto my living room floor it was much better than I had expected. The colors were true to what I saw online. The corners of this rug smoothed out nicely and it does not slip around on the pad. It sheds a little , but that's to be expected with a wool rug. I was very pleased with this purchase.
