Comments about Jaipur Rugs Casa 1722P-1 Crystal Gray Area Rug Clearance:

I ordered this rug for a gray bathroom, and was excited about the depth of color based on description and picture. Upon arrival I contacted Rug Studio as the item that I got was brown and white. There is not one ounce of gray in this item (please see attached photos).

RugStudio is allowing it's return .... AT MY COST. I understand the policy on color representation on the web. No problem if I ordered gray, got gray but my opinion was that it didn't match the tone I needed, but there is no way that the item pictured and described is the one I received. It goes back, at my expense and I learned a valuable lesson. With RugStudio unless you have seen the rug elsewhere, and found it better priced here it's not worth the gamble and the cost to ship back.

I was disappointed that the team (Yvonne and Karla) was not open to discussing a solution with me, and am shocked at the disconnect between the vendor and this company on photo and description - I'd imagine this has happened before and it part of the reason the rug is being discontinued, but if I was RugStudio I would do more due diligence on my advertising.
