I purchased a 3'6" X 5'4" rug which came wrapped in protective plastic. However, the rug had been rolled in such a way that it caused a mark or line to be permanently left through a large potion of it. Also, one corner was crinkled in the middle and tightest portion of the roll and it will not lay flat. I thought after several weeks of lying on the floor, the two defects would relax and perhaps disappear. That does not seem to be happening.
