We put this carpet in the main room of our home and absolutely love it. It is warm and cozy and gives the room such a nice and welcoming feel.
An unexpected bonus to this design is that, since the design is slightly raised, we can roll our dog's ball along the design and either go in a straight line or random line by choice. It makes a fun game for us all!
We haven't found any negatives about this carpet yet (in fact, we bought two more smaller ones in this same design).
Delivery could not have been better. It was fast, accurate and the carpet was in great shape. We purchased an additional design for another room and were contacted by RugStudio to let us know it was the last of its kind and had to be repaired slightly. They said we wouldn't notice the repair on the front, but would see where it was on the back. They gave us the option of canceling our order. We kept our order as is and, as far as we are concerned, the carpet is perfect.
