We bought this carpet for our guest room and my only regret is that it is not in a more prominent place in our home! I may decide to use it in the family room instead. It is a high quality wool rug that seems very durable and has a chic country cottage look. I love everything about this rug! I guess if I hsd one negative it would be that I'm having a hard time finding a bedspread/quilt and curtains to go with it--something that matches but isn't too busy. I want the rug to be the focal point of the room. I know when I get it all together, it will be my favorite room--all because of the rug.

Service & Delivery comments:

Delivery was fairly prompt, considering we ordered it right before Christmas. I did call customer service to place the order (b/c I had a question}. I got an extra discount so it was good that I called. I would have missed the code on the website for the discount. The man I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful.
