I can honestly say, this rug is a fabulous addition to my livingroom that I have been redecorating. Plus...the customer service with Rugstudio is outstanding. This rug is a very luxurious shag with a hint of the slightist slate blue, but it more silvery than anything, but is a dark color. I initially had purchased the charcoal color, but I ordered it and then it was canceled. I called customer service and they went to the storage/shipping room and pulled out this rug "carbon" color to help me choose the right color. They went above and beyond for me and I have 5 more rugs to purchase and I will be buying them from Rugstudio. This rug in particular gives any room that hint of sparkle and dazzle that every room needs. Excellent quality and great price!
