in hall/closet area...light but not white and gives a dark, narrow space more lightness. just love the bare tree branch pattern. beautifully made

This item was lost in shipping and was then out of stock. Rug Company was highly responsive about problem and refunded my money when I cancelled the order. I was disappointed and kind of annoyed about having to find something. After 30 days the rug appeared at our door. I very happy. It is just what I wanted, it is beautiful. And the Rug Company provided unbelievably good customer service. I wish I had more floors so I could order more rugs from this company!
