The rug appeared exactly as it was shown on line. The colors were as they appeared in the on line photo. The rug curled up at the corners, but with a thick rug pad this problem was alleviated. The staff was courteous and quick in their responses. The rug was delivered in a timely manner. I would use this company again, and I would recommend them to friends.
