the pillow looks exactly like the photo except that the background is more of a cream color, rather than a linen or muslin color. the embroidery on this pillow is very nice but the background fabric was a surprise. not only is the color less white than shown, the fabric is very similar to felt! this i did not expect. it will need to be dry cleaned for this reason and i expect it will get more fuzzy looking over time. also, it came with an understuffed polyfill pillow form which i promptly replaced with a down form i had around my house. i would give it a five star if it weren't for the floppy form inside. i would recommend with reservations.
