Friendly people and excellent service and fast! Though I would highly recommend that you read exactly what the product is made of. I had to leave the rug outside to air out for a couple of weeks, due to an odor that bothered my asthma. It is now on my living room floor looking very nice with my new furniture. A great compliment to them. I have recommended your site to other friends.
