Comments about Safavieh Anatolia AN512A IVORY - BEIGE Area Rug:
This rug replaced a larger more brightly colored rug in my very highly used family room. I wanted more subdued colors that went with the style of the room better and this rug is perfect. It needed to be durable, comfortable and no fringe. It is everything I wanted. Looks beautiful in the room and we have received many compliments on it. The only drawback is that it was shedding. The shedding has diminished considerably...we vacuum frequently since we have a dog and a cat. Oh, and it does not show the animal hair, if it doesn't get vacuumed daily!
Delivery was extremely prompt....problem was they delivered the wrong rug! Took about 10 days to get the rug exchanged. Everybody was very helpful and it was relatively painless. The rug was very well packaged. Customer service was excellent and since I did have to use it, I was pleased with the way it was handled and would definitely order from Rugstudio again. Free shipping and the best price I found!
