We are completely thrilled with this purchase for our large informal dining area. We have this rug over hardwood and it is fun, colorful, and durable. A true compliment to our French Country motif. Even the dog finds it cozy as she often sleeps under the table. We are so happy we stumbled upon your website as we could not find anything like this at local retailers.
Rug Studio's Customer Service team is fantastic. I originally placed my online order for a different background color not realizing that there were other color options. Later that evening, while showing my online purchase to my daughter I stumbled upon the other color choices and preferred the blue over the cream. I sent an email to Customer Service (it was Sunday so I could not telephone) alerting them of my desire to modify the order and the very next morning received a confirmation email that my order had been updated. Our rug arrived in four business days and it was BLUE! I will definitely order from RugStudio again in the future. Great selections - Great Service - Reasonable Pricing!
