I purchased a set of two of these rugs.

One arrived rather quickly while the other was coming directly from the manufacturer.

5 days after the second rug was to be shipped, I called to check the status. April said she would check and get back to me. Unfortunately, the rug was backordered and would not arrive for 17 weeks. UGH! I asked what I should do since they were purchased as a set.

A day or two later, she called me to let me know that the rep from the manufacturer was going to send me one slightly larger in exchange. It arrived by FedEx within days.

This rug looks and feels great. But, man it sheds like no other. We have had it about 5 weeks. Fuzz balls are endless. Even after vaccuuming many times. You have to empty the vaccuum 4 times in one sweep!

My house is covered in lint balls from this 7x7ft carpet. Every time someone sits on it, they are covered in fuzz from head to toe!! Very annoying. Fuzz in eyes, hair. Do not recommend!!!
