I bought this rug to use in an entry hall. Love the pattern. The rug is quite soft and surprisingly thick. Seems like it will be durable. Certainly hope so. Only drawback to the rug itself is that one corner does not lie flat where the fringe is attached. It tends to stick up and is easy to catch with your foot. Hopefully, it will settle down in time. Other fault is not with the rug itself, but that the fringe on the matching smaller rug I purchased at the exact same time is a different shade (close, but no cigar!). I really don't like that, but not enough to send it back! I must add that the free rug pad is the best I have ever used. The rugs do not slide at all!
