The product itself is perfect. It is exactly what I was looking for and exactly as described (and pictured) on the website. It shipped promptly and was able to be tracked easily.
My only complaint (and why I gave it a four) is because they refused to deliver to a military base. I understand problems arise when shipping overseas but I am stateside and have had no problem with shipping from anywhere else. They offered no explanation for this and were going to cancel the order if I did not provide an alternate address.
Fortunately I have friends who live off base who I was able to ship it to. Other than that I'd recommend ordering from them only if you do not live on a military installation.
