This is a beautiful rug, I got a custom 13 ft long runner for our hallway, I wish I would have gotten 14. It is thicker than I thought, good quality and protects my hardwood floors from my dog's toe nails. Didnt give it a 5 because the company misquoted the price and canceled my order. I had to reorder at a higher cost. They did honor the black friday discount percentage. So that was good. From what I see their prices are very competative.
