Bought this for our newly redecorated media room/bar/guest room. The colors fit the decor perfectly! The texture is very soft, will be great for bare or stocking feet. It is also very flexible so should not curl up on the corner like the rug in our living room does, which is much stiffer than this rug. This rug is on a tile floor and does not slip, so we have not used the free pad we got with it.
