Comments about Surya Caesar CAE-1028 Area Rug:
Rug is poorly woven and not dense at all. As a result there are latex "balls" throughout the rug. These are hard spots that you can feel with your bare feet and actually extract from the rug. It's as if the latex has melted together underneath the rug. Upon contacting Rug Studio, they told me it's "normal" and they will eventually come out and be vacuumed away. The rug is nice to look at, but not soft, thick or comfortable. The free rug pad included was more of a loose waffle-type "gripper" and a pain to get to stay in place while laying down a 12x15' rug and offers no cushion whatsoever. The rug looks nice, but the quality is just not there!
