I was hesitant to order from here at first, but the prices were sooo great, I called and talked to them before placing my online order. They have been wonderful, fast shipping, and good customer service. No troubles at all. I did go to the rug makers website and make sure the rug I wanted was in stock at the factory first since it was a clearance item.
