This 100 knot hand knotted Tibetan Tibet Rug Company rug was made in Kathmandu, Nepal from 100% Tibet sheep wool.
This premium quality transitional area rug features a classic design and consists of beige, light brown and tan colors.
Because these rugs are hand knotted, each piece will vary from the next. Sizes may not be exact, circles will not be perfectly round, and borders will not be perfectly straight. In this day of mass production manufacturing, these imperfections become valuable indications that a product is truly hand-crafted. Additionally the hand knotting process used produces a much denser pile than the finest machine made rug. These Tibetan area rugs will wear longer, be much more soil and stain resistant, and be easier to clean than machine made counterparts.
