Return Policy
With the exception of customized or special order items, most of the products on RugStudio.com qualify for our 30 day return policy. We gladly offer a full refund of your purchase price when you return your item in new, unused condition. Pillows will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility; however, we are often able to help coordinate a return shipping label for certain sizes at a discounted price. Please contact us for more information or to request your Return Authorization.
Unless your rug arrives with visible damage to the rug, please do not ''refuse'' it. All refused shipments will be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Any items refused due to damage will be promptly replaced at no charge to you.
