RugStudio wants to make returning your purchase as simple and economical as possible. Below, you can purchase a prepaid UPS label to use for returning items to us. Once you have received a return authorization from our returns department, you may purchase a label to return your rug via UPS. You will receive an email within 48 hours with your label that will need to be printed and affixed to your package along with details regarding packaging instructions.
Please enter your RA number in the customer order notes when checking out for faster processing. We are sorry we cannot process labels or call tags for international shipments or items that were delivered via freight carrier.
Please choose the appropriate size for your item. RugStudio cannot process return labels for items where the inappropriate size was selected. Such orders will be cancelled and refunded.
